I'm a practitioner and I use these alcohol burner for fire cupping. I needed an extra one for my other office so picked this one up for the price. The product itself has some minor issue hope the can fix on the future.One is the ceramic wick holder. Like few over reviewer mention Trying to get the wick through it was pain in the tooshi. I eventually had to take it to my office and use one of the tweezer to pull it through all the way. Ceramic wick holder is great to absorb the heat but it needs a rubber sealer or something to air tighten to the bottle so it doesn't spill if tip over and secondly so school doesn't evaporate. Also as you can see next to my older burner I can use the metal neck slide up and down the wick to control the flame where the new one does not have that function. You will need a tweezer to pull the wick itself up to make flame bigger and to lower flame you will need to put out the fire and take the wick cap off and pull it down. So that is not very convenient.Las

For the price it actually performs very well. Comes with a cap so the alcohol doesn’t evaporate as fast when not in use. Wick seems to not burnout very quickly (does come with extra wicks as promised). In fact I’ve used it for about 4 hours and didn’t have to pull out the wick any further than when I first used it. My only con is that there should be a high temp o ring that sits between the wick holder and body of the burner to prevent alcohol from escaping at that point which happens on occasion. Not a lot but enough that it could use that feature. Besides that I would definitely recommended it.

No instructions. I had little experience with these so I wasn’t sure how well the wick holder should fit into the lamp. It sort of just sits there. I let only half an inch of the wick showing. Worked pretty well after all.
